Precision Thin Film Coatings are extremely thin layers of various materials,
such HfO2, TiO2, SiO2, gold aluminum, etc, which are deposited onto
a surface through a variety of techniques. These films are applied on
substrates of glass and crystal to produce a change to the optical
properties of the substrate. Out thin film coating facility has 6 vacuum
chamber, ranging from 18" bell jar to a 42" fully automatic box coater, all
in a1500 square foot
controlled clean room environment. Class 1000 areas are
designed for Precision Optical cleaning, Inspection, and packaging
substrates. Coating
processes include electron beam, ion-assisted and
Thermal resistance source depositions.
Our standard coatings include anti-reflection, output couplers, and high
reflection from 190nm-5000nm within the UV, VIS, NIR, and IR light spectrum.
